Damaged Merchandise:

PERCUSSIONFORCE ships all merchandise in perfect condition and is not responsible for damages incurred in shipping.  Optional insurance is available on all orders.  If you receive a damaged item, you must contact the INFO LINE (703) 356-0635, then call the carrier who delivered your merchandise (UPS, US Post Office, Common Carrier, etc.) to request a "Damage Inspection."  Be sure to keep all cartons and packaging materials, as they will be necessary to process your claim.
